Complaint Details
I purchased a coupon for avaa salon from Groupon on 1st October 2014 worth 699 for beauty services. On calling the salon for appointment I got rude and cold response from manager who told she could not give appointment till 15th I. E last date of coupon. She gave appointment for 16th October 12pm.today on 16th October when I called the spa the same manager denied my name in appointment book upon which I lost my cool.she said I should take refund from Groupon. I argued saying the deal coupon is expired on groupon and why should I go through long process of refund.she said I have never taken appointment. She was rudely offering me appointment after 28th October which is preposterous. On calling owner dimple Patel she too denied appointment and supported her manager instead. I am going through painstaking process of refund from Groupon and got fleeced and harroh arrowed by avaa salon.such people license should be cancelled who promise deals and don't deliver it the owner complained about large number of customers buying deal which is not my mistake as I had taken appointment 2 weeks before.I want my money back and also strict action against manager and owner of avaa salon and spa
