My Father Mr.Shripada Hegde have a policy ,policy Commencement Date: ‘02/02/2007’ on the product name: Bajaj Allianz New UnitGain as per the policy condition per year 10,000 is a premium and we have paid our 3 premium till 2009 which means (30,000) and we requested to payback our basic benefit due to our personal problem we are not able to continue the premium and we contacted Bajaj Allianz office more than 200 times and nobody give a solution and they did not even concerns about our queries and payback amount. Now after 5 years they have sent a cheque of Rs “13,000” which is not even our basic benefit and now we want our basic benefit 30,000 and also want 5year interest for our basic benefit and also we want to put penalty for not receiving the customer concerns.
