Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm Makeshkumar.T and I have taken post paid connection for Internet services (Rs.697 per Month).I paid my monthly bill in a correct manner without any delays since connection taken.
During second week of June 2013, my post paid mobile number was blocked by customer care for not paying the bill value of Rs.100 to 200 approx.This makes me very much dis-satisfied ,discomfort and dis-appointed with the aircel cellular services.Due to the sudden block of my mobile number interrupted services, I and my business was entirely affected for not having Internet connection and unable to do any kind of transaction and I am severely affected and significant damage and loss to me.
On 29th July 2013, I have been assaulted by some unknown peoples and lost my mobile, data card including aircel sim card no [7299999280].
Due to the incident, I requested Aircel Customer Care to block my aircel number i.e. +91-7299999280 on same month i.e. July 2013 and even though I have requested aircel customer care to disconnect my number and do not want anymore.I have been injured and admitted at hospital outside of Chennai.
Later within a week (July 1st week), I received a customer care incoming call to pay the bill.From aircel customer care, they requested me to pay monthly rental pending amount for the sum of Rs.100-200 approx. At the same time I told them again that i'll pay rental once i recovered and asked them to disconnect my postpaid number,stop data services and generating bills further as I have not been using since July 2013.I received a reply from customer care officer stating that they will process my request and they will do the needful as my concern.
But still the mobile number +91729999280 was not disconnected and still from aircel cellular limited, they are generating the bill even I’m not using, after so many request of disconnection and not having a reply to disconnect my number.Earlier They are compelling me through email to pay the sum of Rs.2700 to close the connection.I have requested aircel care for disconnection of my postpaid number multiple times from July 2013.But they are generating every month bill till current month since june-july 2013.I was not used this postpaid number , not used the data usage available for the month of June - july 2013 onwards period and not utilized the services because they have blocked my postpaid number since june-july 2013.From the month june-july 2013 it was in temporary blocking also they are generating the every month bill up to current month.
This is really not acceptable and I’m in very tragic situation due to this.
As of now, they have generated the bill value of Rs: 2900.
I just need take a look in to this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possbile and if possible for necessary proceedings and disciplinary action against the AIRCEL CELLULAR LIMITED For
1. Not disconnecting the mobile number from July 2013
2.Again with in a 2nd week of july 2013, I made request thrice to disconnect my mobile number and one of the customer care executive said they will be process on disconnection.
3.Generating Bill every month while number is in blocked and after my request of disconnection and not abide the customer request.
4. They have blocked the data usage on July 2013 but they are charging for monthly bill till date.
5. Compelling me to pay above said amount without justifying why this much of amount to pay.
6. They have blocked my number from July 2013 but they are charging monthly bills for the blocked number and for unused services.
7. I never Utlized the services from AIRCEL Mobile number mid-month of June 2013.
All the above mentioned point are the key for the misuse of the company laws against a customer like me who don’t know how to proceed and where to go for resolution.
So I pray for the action needed against the company and their personnel for demanding such money without providing service and not disconnecting the same number
I please you to render justice for a relief from this kind of company and help me.
Here with I have attached some email from aircel limited about their cheating bills even after blocking and not used data services.I really waiting for the necessary feedback from your end.They are torturing me through alternate mobile to my friends as well as in email to pay the sum of Rs.2900 Approx. to disconnect the connection.
The company forcing and compelling me to pay every month pending rental for the sum of Rs.2900 approx.
All the Above said information's are 100 % true with best of my knowledge and i believe that this forum definitely get a resolution for my long term issue and fix this as it should not happen to any other customer.
