Complaint Details
Initially my account balance was on hold because of my credit card due. I made the payment of minimum due of my credit card.I am not getting any resolution from HDFC customer care in spite of card due payment. it's been already 1 week that I am unable to make any transaction by using the savings account fund. So I request you please do the needful asap. My complaint reference no. is HBL=026-670-773. My a/c no is xxxxxxxxxx9205 and my credit card no is xxxx xxxx xxxx 7915. Total amount on hold is 42337.19
