Complaint Details
I have purchased a LAVA E Tab Z7H on 14th May 2013. The same had developed problems, as the WIFI & Screen Orientation function were not working.
I had taken the device to Lava International's authorised service centre namely BDR Communication at 306 APC Rd, Opp Jagat Cinema, Sealdah – 700009 on 18th Apr 2104. The same was accepted under the Work Order No. 510000928927 (Copy of the same attached herewith) for further repairs.
Now it has been six months since the deposit of the device at Lava Service Center, with no response from them. On my numerous visits and hundreds of calls to the service centre I was communicated that my WO is “in progressâ€. My several calls to Lava Helpline No. 18060 200 7500 have also failed to bring any solution to my plight. Neither have I been provided with my device in working condition nor have I been provided with a date, so as when to accept the return of device in working condition.
My emails get a reply that someone will contact me from the Lava Care team, but no one till date has contacted me on the matter.
