Complaint Details
I bought the BlueStar Chest Type Fridger model no. CHF - 500A ( DEEP F) from SB Electronics ., Anandvan Bhuvan N.s.s rd, next to Gopi cinemall, DOM (W) -421202.
Immediately, after installing this fridger at our Shop, we found that
cooling is not properly and. we complained this matter to the Dealer as
well as Customer care Centre (1800-2091133 / 77) of Blue Star. ticket No .B1410010173.
i raised the first complaint 3 months ago, wen my fridger was dead.& they told me there exists a gas leakage problem & they repaired it within fifteen days.after this my compressor was not working & this time they raised complaint & given me ticket No. several times & unable to solve my problem till now. At last they are exchanging my fridger & giving me a new one but of different kind & configuration . my invoice suggest that i got diff model of my fridger . i have all the recordings of most of the conversations i 've done with them & i m sending it to u
i am sending u the proff that they have fraud with me & given me a diff & cheap model of fridger. my invoice suggest & i have charged for this model :(http://www.bluestarindia.com/products/commercial-refg/deep-freezers-hard-top-popup.asp) & i got the diff model of lower cost (http://www.bluestarindia.com/products/commercial-refg/cooler-cum-freezer-popup.asp) , so this is a fraud from the Company.
so i hope u will look into this matter as soon as possible & will resolve my conflicts. it seems that my 28000 k for which i bought this fridger has gone in vain.
