2. payment gateway: PayU money cleared the transaction to the merchant.
3. service query: no reply
4. reply thru facebook and mail posts.
5. no call center number reachable.
6. status still shows pending
7. want my money refunded with penalty on the merchant for disappointing and cheating with consumers.
