Complaint Details
I purchased the membership on 19th Jun, 2014 and was told that as soon as you purchase your membership you can then book online hotel from their resort list. After i book the membership they said we cannot take online booking and can be done by filling forms which they haven't send me yet.
Now every time i try to contact them no one picks up the call and no one replied to my mails after continuos communications.
