My Tikona Service ID - 1110249076 - Sept 2014 I did not get internet connection for around 20 days, hence placed an deactivation request on 23.10. Bill cycle ends on 26.10. Seems I have used for 27.10 and hence I have been charged for the next entire month worth 785 INR. Will Tikona waiver me the amont of money for all those days I was not not able to use for the past 4 months especially Sept 2014. Highly unprofessional behaviour, no action taken from the company after calling for several times as well.
