Complaint Details
We had 7 baggage and 2 two hand bags between four of us. We received our boarding passes and checked in all the 7 baggage at ChinaSouthern counter on Guangzhou airport. The ChinaSouthern counter attendant who issued us the boarding passes of ChinaSouthern Airline informed us that we had to collect our baggage at Mumbai International Airport after we deplane the Jet Airways Flight No. 9W67 to clear the Indian Customs. Hence we deplaned the Jet Airways flight and went to the belt on Mumbai International Airport to collect our luggage. We collected 6 out of 7 luggages on the moving belt and waited for atleast 15 minutes for the 7th luggage to come to us. However after waiting long enough I approached a Jet Airways Airport Staff Ms. Preeti standing near the belt to inquire about my luggage. She told us that my seventh bag was missing on their part. This baggage went missing on Bangkok airport and didn’t told any concrete reason or solution to the issue. She made us fill PROPERTY IRREGULARITY REPORT and issued a copy( File Number : BOM 9W64388 ) of it. She took the boarding pass of Mr. Lalji Santoki on whose name the luggage was checked in and copy of baggage chit of missing luggage.
