Sir, I have bought a rocio dual watch 1 month ago. They sent me a defective watch. Immediately I informed them.they told me to back the watch . They told me to sent the courier reciept so that they can back my rupees both for watch and courier cost. After 10 days ranuka from desk of bagittoday told me the address and check favour name.. she told me to give another reciept. I told them that I have already sent it. I am unable to give it again. So they refused to back the money for courier cost. After that 13 days has passed.. but I have not received the ckeck. They give me a airway bill no. After tracking it they are saying that there was wrong address. But I have given correct addressed..every time I contact with their cistomer service, they are telking they are lodging my complaint.. but no necessary step is taken by them.i am Extremly harrassed by them. Please took necessary action against them..
