Complaint Details
I have bought new dell laptop on may 2011, within 1 year and 4 months the laptop mother board got failure, and i have replaced it with dell by paying 11,000. and again with in a year i got the same problem. i have complained regarding this to dell service center, they have said that i need to replace again by paying 13,000. This is totally not fare they are providing warranty of 3 months only which is totally unbearable.
