ORDER NO. : 3054618175
1) Order placed on 7th October with advance payment
2) The tracker says product is packed and waiting for courier on the 9th October. Date is 20th today still no news about the dispatch.
3) Tried calling your number several times ..never able to get through. Then I press call back option, have never received response
4) Sent several mails, keep getting stock replies that it will attended to in 48 hours.
5) Then I get a call on 16th from snapdeal care number 011-66785300. Saying there is some quality issue with my product! I told him the tracker says the product is packed and ready for dispatch…so which one is true. He says problem will be resolved in 48 hours (again!)
6) Get a mail on 18th saying experiencing difficulties due to rush, but will be dispatched in 72 hours.
7) Absolute lack of proper communication and indifferent response
8) No grievance redressal system
9) If there is an issue why not inform?
10) Sent mails to ceo and coo also but no response
11)I will not accept a cancellation as I have lost opportunities to buy at competitive prices.
