Reply to illegal and illogical email received this day from Mr M.L.Nagrale .

Do u think we r fool. An hour back ur Mr Mayur (022-22824001) makes a call to us n promises to unfreeze our illegally frozen account and now you Mr M.L.Nagrale are showing ur adamancy to sleep over ur illegal decision. We have accounts with top best banks of India and we know our legal rights and ur legal liabilities to run ur bank. Before taking any drastic action as harsh as to freeze our account without any hard reason, u r legally bound to send us the legal notice with reasonable time to fulfill ur requirements, which u never did whereas our account had never ever any problem for the last fourteen years whereas we have made lacs of rupees Fixed Deposits too with this bank. Still u all of a sudden froze it which just shows ur ulterior motive to harass and grab bribe from us. Not only this, but still after freezing our account u did not inform us. And still after rejecting the ECS from the Bombay Dyeing, u went on sleeping over ur legal liabilities to send us the intimation. U have failed at each and every count to follow ur legal liabilities. Consequently who was the sufferer? WE only on account of ur such deficiency and negligence punishable under the Consumers Protection Act. We had a talk with our legal councillors and as per the law, the smaller the amount of rejected ECS, the higher would be the penal compensation payable by the offending bank. U have tarnished our reputation for just Rs 1181=00. And hence as per our legal councillor, u r legally guilty to compensate for Rs. fifty lacs. We have already given the ultimatum to unfreeze our illegally frozen account or pay 50 Lacs compensation plus all the legal expenses. But instead u started playing dirty game with us. OK. If this is ur decision, we r filing the case against u, evidently at ur risk and cost. Wait and watch for considering us fool.- R K AGARWAL
