we bought a 7" VDP (COLOUR) HANDSFREE WITH TOUCHPAD from zicom company few months back nearly 5months back, after few days the screen and varius part didnt work, we complaint regarding the issue, company employees came and sot the issue , but after repeated attempt from company side to make the screen work properly but they failed, we contacted the higher authority but now one individual is willing to listen to us , we send them mail also but no contact from their side till now , the company have installed a subsititute which doesnot work properly, we would like you to intervin in this matter and help save our interest.
