Hi,
This in regards to my new Tikona connection which I just got on Wednesday 22nd October 2014. Just after one hour of getting the new connection, I have started facing issues. ID: 1111415190.
22nd October 2014: I get connection at 5 pm, 6.30 pm it stops working. Error: "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration" . I resister a complaint at your call center. I get internet back in night.
23rd October 2014: 10 am Error: "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration". I register a complaint at the same time. You people call in the afternoon telling me that problem has been resolved.I check my internet in the evening, problem wasn't resolved. I again register a complaint at the same time. I get the internet back by midnight.
24th October 2014: My internet doesn't work the whole day. Error: "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration". I register a complaint again at around 10pm. I do not get back my internet.
25th October 2014: Internet was working during the day.
26th October 2014: I loose my connection at around 1 am. Error: "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration".
All these while, you people have been telling me that problem is from the tower side and that you will give me permanent solution in maximum 8 hours. Looking at the above timeline, its I guess much more that your "8" hours to give me a permanent solution. And this is a new connection!!!. I have taken this dedicated 4MBPS connection for some very important purpose in which I can't afford to loose connection. I have been telling you people this but you just don't understand the problem. Today even my speed got down to 1.5 MBPS. If I could work at 1.5 MBPS, why would I pay more and take a 4MBPS connection?. I have taken this connection by paying a premium because I can't afford loosing internet. I am in online business and it costs me real cash each minute I loose internet.
Just look at the summary which I have given, all I have got is PAIN in last 4 days since I got this NEW TIKONA connection.
Being experienced this much in just first 4 days, I just don't want this connection anymore. Take this connection back gracefully immediately and return me my money along with my business loss caused by you people (which is huge!!!).
