Hello My name is Belal, I am from Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
I request all of you not to use this stupid vodafone. This is what happened to me fourth time and the customer care is doing nothing but only repeating the same sentence you used a chargeable content, where balance is deducted only by clicking. I wanna know what type of content is that? When only I surf facebook and use whatsapp with my mobile phone with an unlimited internet pack.

My mobile number is 7549161079. Yesterday, on 25th October 2014 I had Rs. 40 main balance on my account. When I checked my balance today (26th October 2014) it was Rs. 5. That is really strange and unfair because I haven't got any sms or confirmation regarding the balance deduction. Infact this is happened 4th time in my number.
When I contacted customer care executive he told me that I visited a chargeable website where if you click only your balance will be deducted without any confirmation.
I said him are you kidding me?
Which is the website in the world that takes balance or money only by clicking?
He said that Sorry sir, I can't tell you which website but your balance is deducted for that only?

I always have an unlimited datapack on my phone number so balance cannot be deducted for surfing.
But he was continuously saying that I clicked on a chargeable website and he was not ready to tell the name of so called chargeable website where only a clicking worth rupees 35. Isn''t it unfair? or vodafone is fooling us? This is 4th time happened to me so I am writing this complain. I want my balance back this time, but they are saying only clicking charge rs 35 without any confirmation. I wanna know what type of service this is?

Can anyone tell me which is the website in this world where you loose your money only by clicking? Isnt it a joke or may be the customer care executives IQ is 0.
