I was tarvelling from Delhi to Varanasi on 22nd Oct'14, at delhi railway platform, i have purchased mineral water bolltel from authorised seller. It had charged Rs.18 agaisnt the MRP of Rs.15 when i argued with him, he tolds me that their is shortage of bottle and due to festival seaso, every one is selling at same rate. And when i board the Shiv Ganga train, no vendor came to sell the water. Further, When i was travelling from Varanasi to Delhi through Premium Train, vendors selling mineral water bottle in tarin charginf Rs.20 per bottle against its MRP of Rs.15. When Ia asked the raeson for over charging he told me that this is Premium train, so we charging extra.
