I had applied for internet service on 4th October and had paid by cheque an amount of Rs 3,300/- (cheque # 009317 dated 04/10/2014 drawn from ICICI Bank Ltd (Gorai Branch, Borivali West. At the time of signup I was promised connection setup within 5 business days but there was no call or sms or email from Hatway even till the 9th working day from the day I had applied so i called up the representative who had collected the money since that money was already taken from my bank but that fellow did not answer any of my calls so I called up their contact centre but they asked me to write to their email address with details of the payment made. After writing an email when I called back this representative, twice he made me wait at home saying that he is coming to setup internet connection on a particular day and then after that he has not been answering my calls or sms. Since then I am only calling and writing but have no response except twice they asked me to wait for their call which has never happened. I am frustrated by all this. Because I paid them I did not apply for any other internet service anywhere else and have been trying to do my work from Cyber Cafes which is costing me even more. I want my money back with interest or the service that was promised to me with 3 months free service for the inconvenience and grievance caused to me. Please Help.
