I am a senior citizen and a cancer patient under continuous treatment .
I am facing a grave injustice from Ebay India. On 11th October, 2014 I purchased a mobile phone from Ebay India and paid money through Paisa Pay ( Paisa Pay ID 73586395226 ). On 16th October, 2014 I received an envelope containing Invoice and a letter from seller saying that my phone will be dispatched within 5 days from the date of this Invoice.

I did not receive my phone. Not only this, my calls to seller were not replied satisfactorily and he avoided talking to me all the time. On 21st October, 2014 I filed a complaint with Ebay for non-receipt of my phone. They registered my Complaint under Reference No. 701223.
Thereafter, on 25th October, 2014, I got an email from Ebay that they have treated this case as closed as “Item received” by me !
I replied to them back that I have never received anything from them as yet and hence they cannot treat the item as “received” . What was received by me was only a two page letter in an envelope.
Till today, I have not been replied satisfactorily by Ebay India. At the top of it, when I tried to contact their toll free number on 27th October, 2014, I kept on holding receiver for about 40 minutes. After about 40 minutes, when my turn came, the official from across said that he cannot hear me and he disconnected the call. This has happened to me thrice in day. I have also tried to contact Ebay Facebook page but there is no response to my complaint.
I am feeling utterly helpless and disappointed from the response of Ebay to my complaint. It is a plaint injustice when I have paid money and have not received my item. And at the top of it, Eby has ignored all my calls and complaints.
To say one again, I am a senior citizen, Old person suffering from a terminal disease. I have no energy to fight for my rightful justice. I am seeking help from this Community to get me justice in this case.
