i purchased a mens wallet from them for 495 on oct 11th 2014 . i got the product on october 17th 2014 and that very day i sent them a mail and called them to take back the product as the quality was bad . they said the pickup of the product will be done in 48 hours and since then till date inspite of calling 8 to 10 times , emailing them multiple times they are not taking back the product and neither refunding me my money. Whenever i speak to representative they say due to festive season its got delayed and we will send the guy to pick up . I need someone to take action against them please . When i told them that if i dont get any further solution from you all i will approach consumer redressal they said thats up to you. They are not bothered about customer satisfaction .
