I HAVE BOOKED ONE FLIGHT TICKET THROUGH VIA.COM FROM VANARASI TO KOLKATA. AFTER BOOKING I RECEIVED INVOICE FROM VIA.COM AS A CONFIRMATION WHICH STATES MY FARE TYPE AS REFUNDABLE. DUE TO SOME REASONS, I WANT TO CANCEL 2 TICKETS OUT OF 3. SURPRISINGLY, AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION, I HAVE BEE INFORMED BY VIA.COM THAT MY TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE AS IT HAS BEEN BOOKED UNDER Q CLASS. I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT IF FARE TYPE HAS MENTIONED AS REFUNDABLE THEN HOW THIS Q CLASS, H CLASS HAS COME UNDER THIS SCENARIO??? HOW A NORMAL TRAVELER WOULD KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUCH CLASSES?? I AM ATTACHING INVOICE COPY FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
