Complaint Details
The courier in question is First Flight courier services. We were expecting a package with tracking number E991B0514390 in the name of Subharaj Pathak for the past two weeks. Since there were some problems with the address, which thier team said was insufficient, we requested them to deliver the package to our nearest office, which is Marathahalli where we would go and collect it ourselves. This package was a top priority delivery and we were in urgent requirement of it. Two weeks have passed and we have heard nothing from their end. Everytime my husband called up to find out about it, they said they''ll call him back with an update. We never received a follow-up call. Yesterday morning, while speaking to Miss Sunita R. from their Customer Care Department, she kept my call on hold for 40 minutes and refused to answer the call back. After 40 minutes I disconnected the call and called back the Customer Care. It was the same lady who answered the call and she told me that whatever I do, she is not interested and she will not give me an update because she has none herself. Following this incident, I sent them 4 mails. To one of this mails I received a reply where a lady called Savitha has asked Mr. Anji to loom into the matter. After this there was once again no follow-ups. My husband called them back once again this morning and received the same reply that they will get back.
This has been going on since a long time now and I request you to look into the matter as the package is extremely important to us and we need it at the earliest. We have received no help and cooperation from the courier service office. Please help!
