Complaint Details
I had posted a courier from First Flight Courier Ltd,Golaghat to Guwahati of the consignment no. N91000005274 on 17th October 2014. It is suppose to be delivered within one day but its been 12 days and not yet delivered. I tried calling all contact numbers of all offices across India mentioned on their website but no one is picking up for the last 10 days nor the tracker on the website is working. I had mail on all the email IDs mentioned on the website on 27.10.2014 and I got a reply of being deliver the same day. But it is not yet delivered. They have neither contacted me nor the receiver. They do not even have the excuse as the courier is addressed to a Govt. Official and the address is an office which is open always. Please take necessary action in this regard to avoid loss of document. And I hope to get justice via this portal at the earliest. Thank you.
