I am newly got the BSNL broadband at my home. I have applied for the BSNL 1800 plan home plan. As per the plan I should get the speed 2Mbps but am only getting the speed 512Kbps. I have called 198 to register the complaint and also i have called the persone who set the connection settings in MODEM. but not yet resolved. attached the speed showing in the SPEEDTEST site.
