Complaint Details
tried to lodge the complaint into given website. Asking to enter the code sent on the referred email. But waited for half an hour. The validation code not coming into the email at all. So I chose to follow this way to lodge my Complaint.

My Complaint is against the Sarita Electrical Mulund and Just dial. The details are given below. It is small. But it reflects the kind of service such electrician gives and Just dial takes no responsibility for the list of service vendors they send to their customer.




Fan was working only that krr sound would come. Took part of the fan to solve the bearing Issue of the fan. Brought next day. I was in the office. Took rs.350 from Mother Put it back and was not working. called up me saying regulator problem. With the same regulator was working before. I told fit the new regulator and the fan should work left like that , since then not picking up phone. Just dial trying from their side not picking up phone. Emailed no respond. some 10 days back just dial customer care told if not responding to our email sent we will cancel the contract and compensate your loss. In these 2 days called just dial the customer care saying at the most we can arrange the conference call. And you will have to wait.

My reply how many more days to wait should I wait a month and then you will compensate. No reply on it. Just dial not taking up the responsibility.

15 days gone by my Fan not working. rs 350 in loss. At the beginning said we would give bill and 1 year warranty. I received no bill, no warranty receipt for the other one more fan which got repaired from the same electrician just changed the capacitor and took 70 rupees for it.

Just dial do not take any responsibility for the sending their service vendor list
