•My order number OD200943472139106100
•5-6 times Flipkart committed to deliver the product, but failed
•After 25 days, order got cancelled as there is no stock
•Refund will be paid after 8 days
•Returning half of Lakh of my money after one month
•Product price increased in the last 1 month
•Same seller is selling same product in same Flipkart at a higher price
•This is peak of cheating (white collar crime)
•I am planning to proceed legally, as you failed on contractual obligation (India Contract act)
•Please advise?
