I am Radhe Shyam Mahajan, a Govt. pensioner and drawing Pension with PPO no 09/1/C/7321 in , A/c no. 10826221542 SBI Bilaspur (C.G.) branch and now residing at Khargone (M.P.) 451001.The Bank is deducting TDS from my account with a wrong PAN "ABLPM4651T" while my actual PAN is "ABLPM4651P". As a result, the form 26 AS of Income tax Department does not show any tax deducted.

This mistake is going on since Ass. year 2010-2011 till now.The income tax authorities have made heavy penalty on me for not paying the tax amount.You are requested to look into my Complaand do the needful so that I am not penalized by the tax department for no mistake of mine. I have requested SBI Bilaspur quite often to correct the PAN but with no result. I have also made a Complaint to SBIPSG at Bhopal with ticket No. FD-3369157608 and in Public grievances portal of Govt. of India, against ticket no. DEABD/E/2014/02785. Once again I request your good self to do the needful.
