Complaint Details
1) the AIRCEL telecom service is activating the VAS packs by themselves and deducting the money unnecessarily
2)they are giving the false informatin regarding to the recharge. they are said that " by recharging Rs:20/- i will get the full talk time of Rs20 and also i will get an extra talk time of Rs5/- within 48 hours. but after recharging Rs20/- i got only Rs.15". they are sending this kind of false massages
