Hello Sir,
yesterday early morning I recharged with Rs.148 for 2G data and I
received message that your transaction was successfully done and
unlimited data package has been activated for 30 days.
but when i checked status on mobile by pressing *126*1# & *125# so
on I got that I was getting 13710 KB data only ..
PFA.... showing online status
This is sort of cheating to customer and this 2nd time facing same issue..
kindly sort ASAP other wise I have to forward to higher escalation team..
