Complaint Details
Sir/Madam, I had placed an online order in www.shopclues.com Order NO. 23554071 on 16.10.2014. Despite calling the unresponsive customer care for more than 10 minutes and despite sending requests for dispatch or cancellation of the order, there has been no response from shopclues, except an automated e-mail stating that it would be resolved in 24-48 hours, again and again.
