It is difficult to get matured amount and ICICI Prudential
blames IRDA as IRDA has approved the procedure of company. It is surprise how
IRDA approves the procedures of company against terms and condition of policy
with diadvantage to policy holders by deleting clause of
full matured amount available in policy and
benefit to company. Eventhough we rejected option of pension by not
submitting duly filled form of annuity pension Due to IRDA company is still not ready to
 pay our matured amount and they cheat clients in name of IRDA by not sending
surrender form to clients in time and than force and trap them to go
for annuity.
