Baggage bearing tag no. AI139589 on Air India flight AI991/AI403 from Lucknow to Bengaluru via Delhi on 01 Nov 14 did not arrive at Bengaluru alongwith flight. Missing baggage report filed on arrival at Bengaluru. Luggage not yet traced till 2130hrs on 03 Nov 14. Missing luggage loss estimated at Rs. 95700/-
Air India Staff totally non-cooperative, rude, clueless and not making any efforts to trace the baggage.
