Complaint Details
I have 2 orders with multiple items placed with Snapdeal on the 18th and 23rd of October. To date, most of these items have not been delivered. Whenever I call or email, they tell me that someone will get back to me within 48 hours with a response, but no one actually does. They just push the delivery dates further out in their "Order Status" online. In one case, they even instructed the courier to return a product even though I had not asked them to do so. Complete lack of communication, follow-through and mis-communication internally has made a total mess of my orders. I will not be ordering from this company again, for sure.
