Dear Sir/Mam,

In 24.10.2014 I am purchase Nokia 730 Mobile. In that having Main Camera issue problem then I am visited on second day means (25.10.14) that time because of Baudooj Service center off and Normally Sunday off.
My sister visited on 30.10.14 that time service center said that require to repaired 15days, But SIR I AM DIDNT UNDERSTAND ANY MOBILE PURCHASE IF PROBLEM OCCURE THEN MOBILE SHOULD BE REPLACE BY THROUGH DOA LETTER WITHIN IN 15DAYS.
In this case why are not give mobile or DOA letter like that.
There customer care service center also said replace in 4(four) days.
When my sister visited then also Complted Four Days(Because holiday of Bhaudooj and Sunday) then Not give any solution for My mobile.

I am purchase that mobile 16000/- but that not means from fourth days giving in service center. They said given on 13.11. Why I am waisting my time and money. I want compansion because using my mobile and Money.
We also knew that windows is NEW OPERATING SYSTEM then how we can decided problem in that mobile or Not.ON WHAT BASES SAID THAT REPLACE WILL BE APPLLICABLE ONLY FOR DAYS.

Sir, please help me not giving any ans in proper way. I am not use that mobile just 3days also.
