internet 3g of mobile activated on 24.10.14 & 26 .10.14 deactivated
, due to unbilled amount showing rs2214 and with customer office deactivated all services
which includes 2g and 3g internet, mms,divein wapetc on my account on tata docomo
website checked following all days misfraud finally today internet usage meter shown 417mb by making double entries now 121 is barred for me temporaily and chat no satisfaction replies as telling corporate connections contact 1515 but 1515 is disconnects not able listen properly due to poor signal strenght.
further mailed to 1515 but 1515 says contact listen@tatadocomo here also mailed no reply but auto acknowledge recieved, no answer waited no reply.
why post paid customers are troubled so much.
