Hi, I moved my both cell numbers (9637126662/9637196669)in Sep 14 however Idea cellular called up on first number which is used by my family member as a marketing call and offered caller tune and missed call alerts free of cost. First of all they should ask actual owner of the cell and confirm on activation. In my first bill, they charged Rs.498/- for both the services. when I called up their customer service, they are not ready to listen and not refunding amount back to me. I have deactivated the both the VAS services and Idea is not refunding me. I gave option to deduct money for first month where it was activated and refund my money but still they are reluctant to refund. This is the pathetic service received from Idea cellular and zero customer service. I need your help to get my money back to me please. On top of it, they have charged me late payment fees for my first bill as I was waiting for refund from them and then was suppose to pay actual amount. I paid first bill exactly on or after due date. I do not understand why they are not refunding me even if the services are deactivated. Kindly help me. I am attaching both the bills for your reference.
