I have a set top box of "Hathway" installed at my residence at E-704 , Ravi Estate , Opp. Devdaya Nagar , Thane West 400606. The local service provider is Sai Satellte & Video Cable , Shastri Nagar , Thane(West) and my connection S Card no is 0000-2190-2432

For past 5 months we are paying Rs. 350/- per month to the Service Provider for Digital Premium Package in the hope of viewing the promised channels which were never available . In spite of repeated complaints to Sai Satellte & Video Cable they have not responded . This has become a sort of ritual for complaining and not getting the promised channels. We are lost now and don't know how to get things right and when will "Hathway" pull up the local service provider for not providing services to its customer.

Would once again request to pull up the Service provider to restore "Hathway's" dignity otherwise as a customer , personally will never recommend "Hathway" service .
