There are muliple incedents of worst exerience with Releance big tv.

1. In Month of September I register a complaint about misfunction of Set up box. No body was acted on the complaint and funny thing is they deducted 175 Rs from my account without looking into the matter.

2. Despite of multiple calls to Customer care , they did not refunded my money back.

3. Call centre will route the call to somebody and there is no one to pick up and call gets cut keep you waiting forever.

4. when they replaced my set up box , they charged 500 Rs but did not pair the device with Smart card , when I complained , they asked for another 400 Rs for pairing.

5. When I refrain , they suspended the services, there are multiple version , one representative said , this is refundable, another one says paid - non refundable.

6. They are quick to suspend but not refunding my money back.

Customer care is complete mess and you do not get any help for sure.
