Dear sir,
I undesigned hereby bring you notice that since from more than 8 months our water filter AG total reviva RO water purifiers St. No 1223603336074420 is getting I trouble. I have requested your service man to cone and check what the problem is. But continuously they care ignoring us. Their us no response from your service center neither from the service man. Nobody is visiting to our place or monitoring the machine from last 8 months. Instead of this they charge a lot from us. I am sorry to say that your service is rediculuos. We are fed of from this behavior. We are very upset of this. But we are still hoping for the response from your side ASAP.
