Complaint Details
Carzonrent confirmed a car booking for 6.30 AM on 7th November 2014 through a booking reference 5764363. They sent an SMS at 1.00 AM informing me that they have no cars which I saw only at 5.30 AM. They should compensate me for the loss of a full day of my time and other collateral damages.
