i had done an online transaction on the 4/4/2014 for AQUAGUARD BOOSTER 9990/-
but when the technician came on the 7/4/2014 he suggested that we don't require the booster and he installed the COMPACT which amounted to 8990/-
I received a bill for the same on the 8/4/2014.
15 days after that i called the call center and followed up atleast 3 more times.
Their response was that i will get the difference amount by mail (Cheque)..
Till date i am still waiting for their cheque to arrive...
