I have ordered one water purifier , the same water purifier delivered may be on 18th Oct,14.Still nobody came for installation . As per rule manufacturer representative should come and open box to see real condition of supplied Goods and accordingly they have to install and give Guaranty/Warranty (whatever applicable). After several call and reminder till now company has not arranged installer technician. From last 20 days I am following up this matter via phone call & mail ... but nobody responded till now and nither telling any time that when this problem will solve . Pl. help
