Complaint Details
Placed order on 20.07.2014 vide order no. S80499563 and made payment. Made many requests to deliver but the company failed. After more than one month they e-mailed me saying the material cannot be delivered at my location though they themselves acknowledged of my payment and confirmed that delivery would be made shortly. They then informed me to return my money which till date they haven't paid. Now they have stopped responding to my e-mails.I need the product as ordered or payment along with commercial interest as accrued.
