Complaint Details
I installed the MTNL broadband on 17 Sep 14. Since then, I am experiencing frequent service disconnection. I have filed a lot of complaints with MTNL but till now no suitable solution has been provided to me. I would request you to put an end to this redtape by Govt officials and expedite the repair process. I would further request you to reimburse me the broadband charges till date.
