Complaint Details
I had made an online purchase of a Galaxy S5 mobile handset from Kaunsa.com. The product supplied was non functioning and not as per the advertised specification. On contacting the company I was assured of looking into the matter. Though a policy of return pickup I had to send the product on my own expense. The replacement provided was totally non functional and again not as per specification. Though a return pickup was assured once again I was forced to send at my expense as the company admitted having issue with the return pickup agency. On my request for refund, the cost of return and the adequate compensation the company blamed the fault on the seller Trends India Jasola Park New Delhi and refused any compensation. Though the refund was credited in my bank account it has refused to compensate.
