Hi,

I had applied for DDA Housing Scheme 2014 and submitted my application through ICICI bank. When I checked the status on DDA's website, it showed incorrect name of the applicant, incorrrect spouse name and incorrect locality codes chosen. I went to the ICICI nodal office in Green Park New Delhi personally and advised the corrections to an executive named Divya. This was on 03/11/2014. She refused to give any reference number and assured that changes will reflect in 2 days. I waited but no changes were made even after 3-4 days. Again on 07/11/2014, I contacted ICICI and they gave me a contact number for Mr Jaydeep Arya who according to them was looking after all this. I checked with him and he said that file has been handed over on 07/11/2014 with corrections and this will be taken care of by 08/11/2014 I again waited the whole day on Saturday and until today on 10/11/2014 no changes have been made. The draw is scheduled tomorrow. Can someone please tell me whose is to be blamed so that I can sue the correct person? This is very annoying. I have lost the interest money that I paid to ICICI for funding the registration amount and also a chance in the lucky draw. Please tell me now how should I proceed for a compensation for all of these. I am not going to let this go!
