Hi, my name is Kiran Suvarna. this is to inform you that i have been facing lots of issues with my billing no. 8097164052. I would request you to refund the amount of Rs. 198 against the GPRS service and Rs. 39 for the activation of the GPRS service. We have already communicated with the Vodafone customer care executive and they are not ready to refund the amount. I would also like to bring to your notice that my mobile is not compatable for the GPRS service...I have posted the screen shot of my mibole
