I have ordered a Panasonic LED TV from infibeam.com. At the time of purchase they told that only TV stand will be provided by them and wall bracket will be carried by the panasonic service engineer at the time of installation with is free of cost. But when the service engineer came to our premises said that the wall bracket should be provided with the set and not carried by him. When I called infibeam they said the will inquire this and will get back to me by 24 hrs. 5 days have past; I called them several times and they kept on saying the same thing. I also called panasonic. They said that if this is the situation, then I have to buy the wall bracket separately which should be free of cost. This is a severe harassment for us.
