Complaint Details
I have enrolled myself your the PRINCE2 training and certification program from your

body.However, i quickly realized i have NOT made the right choice.The Sales part of the

organization was very very impressive.Continuous follow ups and push for sales and once

done, the customer is a lost story.I have enrolled myself on 10.06.2014 and has been

repeatedly telling the Counselor Anjana to share the calender so that i can plan my

schedules accordingly.Moreover, it was surprising to receive calls from Adept asking me to

join the training session which was about to start on that day.Unsurprisingly, there was no

communications made before the calls to even inform the customer regarding the sessions.

It's clearly not been an experience i was expecting from a Professional training institute

and i would definitely like to get a "complete refund" of the amount paid for the course fee

as i will not be interested to continue with you based on the bitter experience i had and i

don't see it is changing in the near future. It is my request to the Adept management to

return back my fee and close the bitter chapter once and for all.
I have tried various means such as emails, Facebook and phone calls to get my issue

addressed : However nothing has been done as yet.
